Advice:
Never attempt a difficult course without warming up on lesser ones first. Jumping right into the fray can easily lead to serious injury.
Combat Initiative:
Who the hell knows...
Confidence:
Your confidence determines the number of battles you can initiate a day. Suffering loses on the battlefield decreases this rating.
Courses:
The different courses available at the gym each increase a particular stat. The higher the course number, the more difficult it will be to complete without injury. It's sound advice to always start with the lowest course and slowly move up.
Endurance:
A higher Endurance rating decreases
Speed:
The faster, lighter alien can more easily dodge and deliver blows during combat.
Strength:
Strength directly effects how much damage you can give and receive during combat. Without a doubt the most important stat to focus on.
Warm-up Exercises:
Short Jog:
One of the standard recommended warm-ups. This moderate warm-up is most effective when used in combination with some light stretching.
Jumping Jacks:
One of the standard recommended warm-ups. This very light warm-up is most effective when used as a cool-down from heavier warm-ups.
Quick Stretch:
One of the standard recommended warm-ups. This light warm-up is most effective when used in combination with others.
Weight Lifting:
One of the standard recommended warm-ups. This heavy warm-up is most effective when used without additional warm-up, or if you must, a very light warm-up.
